Is there anyone like me that doesn't like the hidden mickey chasers made with just silver? I honestly don't even collect them.

Add my vote against "only bare metal" (w slight coating) HM chasers. It's VERY hard to see the detail. I'm sure they are MUCH CHEAPER to produce. Would love for them to go away.

It doesn't matter if I like them or not..... If I am collecting part of the series, I have to have it. I know it is crazy.... oh well..... Patti

I don't like them either  Buuuuut I do need the ones that fit my completist collections haha... we can never win! XD

+1

Just sucks that their usually an LE or just harder to get or trade for. Or that one person treats it like a Holy Grail and wants your whole book of traders for it when eBay can't even sell it.

Not a fan of them either. I think the first chaser set like that was an accident.

"Hey boss, we ran out of enamel for these pins"

"..... eh, that's fine. We'll just call them chasers."

"Brilliant!"

Here's how I think these plain metal chasers started. First ones were errors, & some folks thought they were "cool", so Disney figured- wow cheaper to make, let's do it. With HM being tinier and tinier (I know, they've never been super big), details on chasers are harder & harder to see. I would LOVE to see them discontinued. Does anyone actually LIKE them?

I don't care for them and neither does my wife. We stopped collecting them, as they are just ugly without the color. It's like buying fine art and finding out it's Paint by the Numbers and is only the outline of the artwork. Worst part is that you can't do anything to make it better.

I dont understand why they are called chasers... I think they meant to call them cheapers. Even the new Pixar Mystery Chasers which are LE200 and hot to trot on the market now, I dont think they are as pretty as the regular pins. What do I know though...

I dislike hidden mickeys all together..because they all become scrappers...but at least some of the color ones are cute...the silver o..it nes.....i dislike alot..its like they wanted to save money on paint..looks half done

I think I'm the only person on this planet that actually likes them haha. I even have a little corner of one of my cork boards where they are all grouped together. Oh well, to each his own lol. :p

I just wish that there were actually HIDDEN Mickey's in them! I love finding the random hidden Mickey's in the parks, it would be nice if the Mickey's on the pins actually took a but to locate and not just shining right out there.
