At least MK (since it's styled after the Dumbo ride). But Springs may have some too, and possibly everywhere else. But for now MK is the surest bet.

I asked a friend for pickup at MK and apparently it’s only available at Disney springs!

There should only be 1 line, it was following the front of the street and then moving under the over hang and back to the front of the store...

These have popped up in Disney Springs. :)

Also, the Walt Disney Day, and two Joy 2017 pins (Stitch and CnD) got an early release at Springs. :)

That seems a bit unfair...
Yeah, they changed everything else to 1 per person except the PTDs, I thought they would have this one limited to at least 2, not 3 per person... They really have no consistency at that store, I blame bad management the employees are all really nice and one of the managers is cool, but their other two Managers are just horrid they have no idea how to manage what they are doing on this large of a scale and at the fact that there is no logic or consistency to what they do just makes situations worse...
Plus because there was one line for everything, all the people who only came for T4T didn't get anything while standing in that giant line of doom, I saw lots of people leaving after it sold out and many more who walked up with their donations and turned around and went home and didn't bother with the line

Yeah, that doesn't sound great. Having never been there, I'm not sure how accurate my observations will be, but I can kind of see the logic behind one line. That is, why should people only there for T4T get preference, possibly getting pins over the people who want T4T and PTDs. But the 3 per person thing is pretty idiotic. I can understand that they might be looking for more donations because of it, but I actually think limiting it to 1 per person would encourage larger/more worthwhile toy donations. Just my two cents.

Yeah I agree, the limit was too high and I know they have toys they sell in store as well for T4T, but I think you're right about the quality of toy over quantity of toys, many toys are sold at $10 but they aren't always desirable ones.
They had separate lines last year, so many people assumed it would be the same, if they didn't want the PTDS, they could come in and donate their toy and go home. I get the logic behind one line too, but not when there is no consistency from previous years. I saw so many people with really nice toys and gifts that were quite large and really cool, but many of them only came for T4T and when they saw the line at 10:30 when the store opened they just turned around and went home. It also kind of sucked because people who were there for the PTD's and saw what the T4T pin was just bought the toys in the store up to their limit and the PTD's so it was all kind of messy and disorganized and lots of upset people. Eventually the city is going to tell them no more lines on the street which is really going to mess things up...

Am I the only Grinch who thinks WDW pretty much phoned in their "holiday pins" this year? Not all of them, but ... the MVMCP pins were "cute, but ..." just not that exciting. And this pin is rather a yawn after the previous couple of years with the very popular characters. I ain't knockin' the Fab 5 but ... OK, I'm knocking the Fab 5. Ha ha ha.
