When I first joined Instagram (pinnerdo if you're interested) I tried my hand at some drawings. After trying a few and losing every single one of them, I swore I would never enter one again. Yesterday there were a ton of them around and one in particular looked reasonable. It was 21 spots and the first place was a pin, second place was free entry to the next drawing. I figured it I bought two spots I had an (almost) 20% chance of getting something, so not bad. So I gave it a try, and...

...I swear I will never enter an opportunity drawing again.

Lol I entered only one opp for the Maleficent DT, and after that, I decided never again haha

Years ago, M&Ms had a promotion to pick the new color. Purple won and was included in bags but only for a limited time. After that, they had *another* new color promotion, and blue won, but was made a permanent color. Purple is my favorite color, so I was...dismayed is too strong a word, but I have a small vendetta against blue m&ms for taking purple's rightful place. (Plus, blue replaced tan, my favorite M&Ms color at the time, so I was doubly mad at it!)

You can partially blame me for this one. When I was a kid, I must have called the survey phone number at least 50 times to vote for blue. No regrets! Sorry not sorry.

To be fair, the name originated when I was eleven. Favorite color: Purple. Favorite Candy: M&M's (plus my nickname in the family is "Em", so that's the double bonus). I found that no one ever had that username on any platform, so it stuck. Never could I have guessed that it would cause such a response.

Now to go google some 80's stuff and not think about these heroine pins.
