Yes! Trying to upload some Loungefly ones and I can't get the uploader to work on my computer and the preview is blank when I try my phone. I'll shoot a email too

That used to happen to me. They told me that the pic might be too big. If you shrink it to 400x400 pixels, that should fix the problem.

Is anyone still getting email notices when someone sends them a trade request? I used to get them, but over the past couple of months, I stopped getting the emails letting me know. I only go in every once in a while and have had a couple of requests that had been sitting there because I didn't know about them.

I stopped getting emails for trade requests several months ago too. Something definitely has changed.

How do you do that on Android?

I’ve never uploaded pins on my phone, just my laptop, so I’d suggest using Paint or something similar to reduce the size and upload on a browser

I just got an email alerting me that I had a response to trade request, so I think it must work some of the time.

I get emails without issue. But they go into my spam as they always have, so maybe check there if you haven't already?

For me, there doesn’t seem to be a problem with receiving emails about responses as we are agreeing to the trades. It’s when someone initiates a request to me. I check my junk mail at least twice a day. Far too much stuff filters there. Nothing from PinPics, well, except for Acme/Hot Art and Gold level offers. But no trade offer emails since 6/2/18 and there have been a few offers since then.

Is it possible the other trader deleted the messages from their inbox? Weirdly, it seems like if one person deletes the message, it deletes from the other person's mailbox as well.

That could be it, thanks for the info. I hope they still intend to go through with the trade. I just shipped the pin today.

I heard from the trader and it happened to them too. So it is just weird that we lost our trade message thread on PinPics completely. Thank goodness for DPF!
