It all started with 1 pin i went to DL years ago and bought a pin off an outdoor kiosk, it didn't have many, I bought a simba pin because it was so cute, I went back to the park a couple years later and they were having the "All American pin trading festival" and were releasing the Maleficent spinner the next morning. I wanted the pin so a cast member explained the waking up early sitting in line to get a braclet to get the pin. I did it it and had a blast, I bought a starter set and boom! that was it! I was hooked! I did the pin collecting and trading for a couple years, a few high end trades I guess thats what it's called, and felt like a pro, going to the PTN's and releases, Then I became pregnant, of course now im tired and it's hard lugging a baby around in your stomach, so I wasn't going so much anymore, then when he was born I really stopped all my money is now concentrated on diapers and formula and baby stuff, man when he got off of formula I felt like I got a raise, and the same with diapers. but I never completley stopped I just did a bit of trading here and there, I'd buy a pin or two at the shops. But watching my little 2 year old pick out his first trade and actually give the cast member a pin and pick one was soooo cute! I loved seeing what he'd pick, I noticed he was facinated with balloons because every pin he picked had balloons in it. Well he's 5 now and were both trading again, the PODM's and lost keys have brought me back out, they are sets I really like and would'nt mind having. My son loves his Pirates, and trains, and what ever else facinates him.
When im not pin trading, I like to go mountain biking, or go to the movies.
