Well that was an extremely close vote. However Quarterly has won it. So This week I will be revising the rules. The schedule for winners will be as follows though:
Jan-March
April-June
July-Sept
Oct-Dec


Bear with me a little if I am late. I am working on my thesis for my Master's degree and only have 7 more weeks to finish it up. So if it takes a little longer please don't take my mickey ears.
