Or should I add additional prizes? Open it up to international players? I’m open to ideas!

Tough to say. International may help but that shipping costs a ton. Speaking of shipping, personally I’m not sure free shipping will help much since it’s already reasonable. I know you don’t want to reduce the price but that’s likely to have the most impact. Maybe a discount for multiples? The other thing that some recent games had that seemed to be especially attractive was a bonus drawing for an especially good pin. Basically a grand prize (some folks even did two of them). The other thing that recent auctions had that I think helped make them attractive was consolation prizes. So a handful of pins that the bottom 5 (or whatever) folks get to pick from in addition to their regular picks. Check out some recently completed games to see more details on all of these. I hope that helps and I’ve got my fingers crossed for you!

Thanks for the suggestions! I think I will add some prizes and see about dropping the price, I need to “fish” through my pins to find some good ones! @Ajk How much of a price drop do you think will be necessary?

That's really hard to say. To be clear, there were some games that had the same price as you ($30) and sold out without issue. So it's really a question of how other folks value your pins. Maybe try $25? Of course, that's presuming that you are comfortable with that valuation. You don't want to let pins go for less than you are comfortable with and there's nothing wrong with cancelling a game if you are not getting your desired value out of it. I do think the pins themselves might be stronger motivators, so maybe try doing something on that side of the equation first and, if that fails, then adjust the price? Of course, all of this is just my opinion and guessing and I might be totally off base. :) I've never run a game, but I do enjoy participating in them.
