Hello. Yes we are back from Florida. We are currently shipping all princess profiles.

The taste of royalty pins were supposed to be in the boxes for Florida but were not. They now say Sept 10th. The classic cutout series 2 are on hold and we will be contacting all those who ordered to discuss the future of this series. The same for the dreamers.

The lands first 4 pins are coming with the Taste of royalty pins.

This will catch us up on all presales.

Our goal is to have all pins shipped or refunds/holds completed by October 1st. That is our HARD deadline.

I ordered an in-stock pin (Alice cutout) on August 19th and it has not yet shipped almost two weeks later. Is this normal? This is my first order with Pinopolis.
 
@Pinopolis Ambassador I am still waiting for the Pins@cost first and second round pins. Can you tell me when they will be shipping? Also several orders on the Profiles as well?
We are shipping all weekend. Some of the pins@cost were shipped before the event but the rest are still coming. Same with the profiles.

Okay, here is the update from Facebook, as of 9/1/18:

"Happy Labor Day weekend!!!

Update:
We are still shipping all in hand pins. Profiles, pins@cost and all website sales. We had a huge issue with shipping all of our stuff back from Florida and we have been dealing with that this week! 50+ packages that only 30 have been delivered to us! We are still missing 20 packages! Thank you for understanding as we get back to life after the event!

Taste of royalty will be in next as will the Land #1 pins. We have been waiting on the boxes from Acme.

Have a blessed weekend!!!"

@Pinopolis Ambassador : please pass this on to Lenny (or I can if he comes to the October pin event)....your business really needs more shippers, more bubble wrap, etc. Any time you have an event, you need to leave 2 people behind with access to the orders, including PayPal and addresses so that they can ship these pins out while the others are at the event. These people can rotate so that the same 2 people aren't "left behind" to not go to events.

It's disappointing to see all these people with the Princess Profiles already and I haven't have tracking yet.
 
I kind of wish instead of getting a refund I could get a different pin or somthing like to profiles or jst something. Waiting nearly a year only to have it just cancelled is REAAAAALLY lame.

The above series has had numerous challenges in the approval process with Disney. We still do not have any solid dates on when we can expect this product to be complete. We have decided to cancel this release until further notice. What this means for you is that you will be refunded in the next 7 business days. Also, should these pins be made at later date you will be given the first priority to order at that time.

So anyone who ordered these pins almost a year ago and received a Pin Master or Gold Card Sale discount will NOW have preference IF they are made at a later date AND will pay for them without that same discount. This is just unbelievable. Did anyone ever get the gift that was promised by Pinopolis for any order that took over a month to ship? I really wanted this to work out and have tried to be really patient with this process especially when realizing how hard some people are working, but this is just infuriating.
 
Nope. Nada on the apology gift, whatever it may have been. Got that email about the dreamers pin, but I didn’t order any of those. I’m waiting on Aurora Taste if Royalty and Elsa Princess Profile.

So that’s that, all we can do is wait, which is frustrating.
 
I also didn't recieve an apology gift. But then again, I ordered from a Pinmaster for the first Golden Magic series. It shouldn't change anything, but that's the reason I gave myself.
