This post is way overdue, and for that I apologize! I have already reached out to each of these wonderful people privately to say thanks, but I have neglected to thank them publicly.

First zap first...
Earlier this month, on Facebook, I asked if any of my friends would be interested in a Halloween gift swap. Emily a.k.a. @cawcawrawr contacted me right away and said yes!
Her package was phenomenal. Just look:
I didn’t take close-ups of everything (there was just TOO much) - but here are some highlights!
This HANDMADE tote bag she made me! I love it so much! The outside fabric has witch’s hats and spiderwebs; the inside fabric is white, but if you look closely, there are little ghosts!! (This made me so happy, you have no idea.) I’ve been using this bag almost daily since I got it, to carry outgoing mail and library books, and I know I’ll keep using it year round!
This little Halloween wrist lanyard, that is also handmade. I love that Disney ribbon, and the Mickey key ring!!
These adorable Chip & Dale Halloween pins from BoxLunch!!! Omg look at them. I haven’t added them to my Halloween frame yet but look forward to doing so soon. They will look PERFECT next to the Huey, Dewey, and Louie BoxLunch Halloween set @timeerkat got me last year!
And my personal favorite thing in the box...
SHE MADE ME A LITTLE KITTY!!! What is this sorcery? No, seriously, look at her. She’s perfect. She even has a little hat.
BUT WAIT! Her WITCH HAT COMES ON AND OFF?!! I can... I can dress her up?!
Her name is Esmeralda Pyewacket and she has cast a spell on me... as did her maker. Thank you so much, Emily!

Second thank you goes to Miss @pretty_omi. A few weeks ago, we went to the Hello Kitty Pumpkin Patch together at Tanaka Farms (so much cuteness omg), and she presented me with this adorable pin!
I want to thank Omi not just for the darling pin but for the wonderful time and her ongoing friendship! It is a rare breed of person who keeps extending invitations to an introvert with social anxiety, and I really-really appreciate her efforts.

Next on the list is Carissa, whom I hung out with the other day at the Irvine Spectrum, for a Pusheen Halloween event!
(Yes, folks, I ventured out of my house two times recently, to hang out with people *my own age*! Unheard of. It turns out the answer to luring me out of my lair is cartoon cats and Halloween.)
I had a magical hanging out with Carissa and her friends, even if we spent most of it waiting in line for macarons. (They were worth it!)
While standing there, Carissa gifted me with not one but TWO new Figaro pins for my collection!!!!
One is from Paris, and the other is from Hong Kong, so these kitties have traveled a long way to be with me! <3
Figaro is my main squeeze, and the single character I’ve been collecting the longest, so it’s gotten to the point where I have a hard time finding pins of him I don’t already have. And I LOVE both of these.
So thank you so much Carissa, and thank YOU for your ongoing friendship and love. I predict you will be in my life for a long time... at least, I hope so!

Last, but certainly not least on the thank you list is @Shelterkat, who for whatever reason decided to zap me this beautiful Peter Pan notebook from the Parks:
It looks like a VHS tape, and it’s really cool! My favorite part is that the inside pages are printed with Tick Tock (one of my all time favorite characters)! Thank you so much Dawn, I love it, and will definitely put it to good use - I’m a compulsive list maker!

In conclusion, THANKS AGAIN TO EVERYONE TAGGED IN THIS POST!!! This month has been a marvelous one for zaps. I really need to get my bum in gear and start paying all this pixie dust forward! Love ya guys.
