So I’ve been collecting Hercules almost as long as Mr. Toad and I actually have more Hercules pins than Toad, partially because they are easier to find and there are more of them.

Tomorrow, I should be able to get the rest on the board, but here is my progress through today.

This is my complete Hercules villains collection plus a few choice other ones.

When I took the happiest celebration Hades off the card, I was pleasantly surprised to see it signed by the artist! I have the Maleficent and Old Hag also signed by the artist up for trade. PM me if interested!

Finally, that spot next to the beloved tales is on purpose empty for the meg cutie when I finally track her down. PM if you’re trading her.

Stay tuned for tomorrow when this board will be completely filled. That Pegasus sure looks lonely!

Edit: I apologize for the blurry photo. :(

My first ever collection was not Mr. Toad. There! I said it! I got that off my chest, finally! I feel light as a feather.

My wife's favorite stuffed animal from one of her first trips to Disney was Baby Pegasus (the exact one pictured). At the time, I was just purchasing pins without any rhyme or reason, just pins that I liked. I knew I needed to narrow my focus so I started collecting Pegasus, really just Baby Pegasus. The very first pin in this entire collection was the Baby Pegasus rattle.

I had always been fascinated by Greek (and Roman) mythology, took Latin for 3 years in High School, took a few Greek mythology courses in college, and Hercules was probably my 2nd favorite Disney movie growing up (next to Lion King).

After 2.5 years, that Baby Pegasus rattle pin turned into this!

And don’t try anything funny, I have a guard on duty but sometimes she falls asleep.
