I've never seen it before, but looks to be pretty rare according to pinpics description:

There is some question as to how many of these pins exist. According to one Cast Member Engineer who received the pin, "I have it and so far less than 30 have been given out at Disneyland; this is according to my source who gave me mine." They also said there is a similar pin of this type honoring the Custodial workers.
