Beginning Collection! TLK, Bambi, and others!

I just wanted to show my beginning collection. It's about time I went out and bought a corkboard methinks! I mostly collect The Lion King (with a focus on Scar), but I also enjoy nabbing pins with my favorite animals, characters, or film graphics. :3 I'm also beginning a second focus with Haunted Mansion duelers, Ghost Host, and the hearse. I intend to trade away the Tangled stuff and any duplicates I have.

Isn't there only one pin with the Ghost Host on it? The one from the Corridor or Doors set. If there's any more I'm interested in knowing about them.

The thing I find interesting is that it says it's the host from Phantom Manor, but that it was accidentally released at Disneyland and now seems to be set for release at many parks?

Oh that's the Phantom actually! He hosts the Phantom Manor at DLRP. He's a different character. He's being released in the Park 9 set, which has things from a lot of the theme parks and I think they're sold at a number of them.

Oh! Well, good to know. I wish they would release more of the Host, he's probably my favorite character! I also wish I could visit Phantom Manor someday...but for now I'll have to settle for daydreams and on-ride videos. :]

He's one of my favourites too along with the Hitchhiking Ghosts. I actually want that pin of him from the Corridor of Doors set even though I usually only collect the Hitchhikers and Vinylmation pins where the Mansion is concerned. Though they probably don't release that many of him because we only have the Hatchet Man portrait to go by. But he's like... a main character, he needs more pins made!

Oh I hope you get to go on the Manor one day! Its a great ride as well. I'm hoping to return to DLRP maybe early next year or something. I haven't been there for a while now.

The Jurassic Park pin came from the Universal Studio Store in the Orlando airport(Along with the Ravenclaw emblem). I just about flipped because it's my favorite non-animated film period. <3 NEEDS MOAR DINOSAURS!
