I recently purchased a Deebee's silver finish patchee pin. When i got it, the surface is all bubbly. Like the coating and the colors have a bunch of big air bubbles it seems under it. Ive looked up the pin on pinpics and a few forum sites, and can't find anything on this. There is no boarder and the scrapper description on pinpics does not match my pin. Thoughts?
