    I hope that cast member was wrong/misinformed. Assuming everyone's subscriptions dropped at the same time, that was only four hours ago. If the billing date was yesterday we should have all been billed yesterday before our subscription auto renew was cancelled today.

    Omg, thanks for the heads-up! I just reactivated mine. That's so annoying that they do that without any notice at all.

    This had better not be the case! I am going to be so mad if it's a theme I collect and I don't receive it.

    I have an annual subscription for myself. That went through with no problem. But the monthly ones for my dad and husband were turned off.

    Hopefully Disney will put them through or you're right, they'll have no one to mail them to and lose out on that revenue.

    I didn't seem to have to renew mine. I know that should be a good thing but I now am worried I am the odd one out and it won't work or something.

    I'm bummed that it was switched off! But glad to know it wasn't just me. Noticed it didn't bill today so I checked and it was turned off this morning at like 8, so after the billing date. Even called my bank and they said there was no charge attempt from them at all. Disney just said they would forward on my request for mine to be billed and shipped, hopefully they will call me back. Fingers crossed we all get it! Anyone else get positive response from Disney on the reactivation working?

    I got a confirmation email that mine was reactivated and I would be billed on the next billing date . That was before I called them and they said I probably wouldn’t get it. So it’s up in the air for now. Just waiting and hoping I get billed in the next day or 2.

    My whole thing is I have a spot in the subscription which was set on auto renew. Which was switched on their side some how. And I can deactivate it and reactivate yet hold my spot. So I should be able to get this months simply because I have one of the 6000(or what ever the number is) subscription spots linked to my account.

    Otherwise what I get from this (and this is simply my speculation) is they overselling this subscription just Incase they have people deactivate or cancel so they don’t have dead inventory. So they switch peoples off at random due to the limited edition size. Last month I wasn’t one of the people who’s was deactivated so I was lucky but not this month.

    Has anyone with an active account had an order placed or credit card charged? I have two subscriptions in which one was active and the second inactive. There have been no orders placed yet.

    No orders were charged to my account. Both of mine were changed to inactive and I made them active today. Both orders do say billing on 8/23/18 and shipping on 8/29/18.

    If 8/23 was the deadline to purchase or deactivate an account, wouldn't the company say I was responsible for payment if I deactivated the account myself on 8/24 if I argued about paying for the pack. Wouldn't the opposite be true and the Store have to send the merchandise. My account was active at the end of the billing period so I should be sent my order even if the deactivated the account this morning.

    Mine says active...I reactivated it at the end of July...but it still says next billing date as June. Very weird...

    I checked mine yesterday and it said it was deactivated... no idea why so I reactivated.. but who knows if I will get this month's or not.. mine still says bill date 8/23 ship 8/29... but not emails yet

    So mad I am now waiting on a supervisor to call me on monday.. the. Guest services cm I just talked to tried to tell me they have no way of disabling account subscriptions so I must have done it and don't remember doing it. SO MAD I MAY JUST WRITE OFF SHOP DISNEY IF THEY DON'T FIX THIS.

    Actually, I've been toying with canceling my subscription because I keep ending up with boxes of pins I don't really want and don't trade terribly well. If they cancel me, I'll take it as a sign from the pin gods. Now watch, I'll be the ONLY one to not have my canceled...

    I received a tracking number on one of the two annual subscriptions so far. They sent it yesterday.

    I just received this email in response to the email I sent on Friday asking about the monthly ones and what was going on. I hope that's good news![​IMG]

    I got the exact same response from Sara @ Disney. She said that it should be billed in the next 24 hours. I'm gonna save my excitement for when it shows up on my card, but so hoping this means they are just in glitch fix mode!
