I have a friend looking to purchase this pin and she is finding a lot of them for sale without the card backer. And she wants to know if it's ever been scrapped?
I don't collect Frozen so I don't really know.....

Yes, it has been scrapped. There is a thread around here from chubs191 who posted pics of the bad one she got on Ebay.
