All merchandise was there as of Sunday afternoon. I have no idea if anything has sold out between now and then. I would imagine if anything has sold out it is the pin, though I heard they are LE5000 this year. I am guessing things like the shirts and water bottles will be available throughout most/all of the event.
 
Have fun, by the way! The character meet and greet is Robin with Friar Tuck in the morning/earl afternoon and Prince John with the Sheriff of Nottingham in the evening.
