Can someone please help me with this.
It shows the little boxes like the pics were there but it does not show in my Signature line any more.

Any guidance is appreciated.

I'd assume wherever you uploaded the image to has changed their system , or the file got deleted .
I'd suggest uploading it again or getting a new one made . I can do that for you if you'd like :)
