I Disneybounded as Finnick with a group of friends a few weeks back. I wanted to incorporate pawpsicles in my outfit in some way, and got the idea to make a pawpsicle bag. A week and a half before the event, LOL. So after a few sleepless nights and bringing it with me to work on in line at two different DSF releases, I finished with literally hours to spare.

I don't own a sewing machine, so every single stitch on this thing was hand stitched. The strap is meant to be a "red wood" pawpsicle stick. The inside is lined, but the ends of the fabric are really messy no no photos of the inside. ;)

This was the first bag I've ever made, and was winging it as I went along. No pattern, no real measuring of dimensions, and yet somehow everything came together pretty perfectly. (I basically just looked at the Inside Out bag I got from Disney Store and replicated it as best I could, hahaha)

There are a few things I know I want to change if I make a second one, but for being my first bag, made last minute, sewn by hand, I'm really proud of it.

I love both bags!! Function and creativity are the ultimate combination.

(I will also insert more perler bead art. The small Mickey heads are actually really annoying to iron!)

    Hehe thank you :D

I don't really remember how perler beads work. You put the beads on a grid like thing, and then iron them? The Mickey profile looks cute!

Here's one of my Disney crafts: I spent part of the weekend making bows from ribbons and scrapper pins.[IMG][IMG]

Not really a craft, but since I have some down time this summer I've been teaching myself vector graphics (and have been making a bunch of academic coffee logos ((redbubble is AvioArts)) ). I made this and posted it to redbubble, but apparently it was too much of a copyright infringement. (Which, i guess I can see now. But at the time I thought it was different enough. Or maybe I was just too excited about the pun. :dunno:)

I really enjoy painting, and I live in Orlando. As a result, my roommate and I have accumulated more MagicBands than any human really needs. But I made them cool!

Well... I started a new quilty project. It is a block a week for 17 weeks. I'm two behind as of now. Block 8 appears Monday. Tomorrow I'll do the last two to get caught up.

I'm hoping the turtle doesn't stick out, since I'm using blenders for the most part and sticking to a specific color palette, aside from Mr. Sea Turtle.

My summer internship has a maker lab that we're allowed to use. I 3D printed a Wall-E Apple Watch stand. Took like 2 hours to get all the support off. Not as good as I would have liked it to be, but still cute!

This was my first attempt at making an ears headband, I was pretty surprised at how it turned out. I made this one for my mom. (Hope these pictures upload right :p )

I think next time I'm going to wrap the LED wire in floral tape to hide it better.
