Hello everybody,

New to the forum and i had a question, I just got this pin from ebay and after a little research I suspect this is a counterfeit pin. It has the green eye issue i have been reading about. I just wanted to get a few more opinions before contacting the seller. Thanks!

Hello I can not see the attachments. Photobucket has a links to share box on the right side of the picture when you click the photo to view it. Click on the IMG one and it will copy it. To post it of the forum click on the picture link it will say (insert image) in between the globes and the film strip and paste the IMG.

There has been post made about this pin I will find it and post back to help you out just give me a few.

Besides the eye everything seems to match. This could be just a error.

Thanks for the help everyone, sorry I didn't post the correct links earlier for the pictures. Also I wasn't aware the message board posted, still trying to get a hang of things around here. The pin did come on backer card but no packaging was included. If it is a counterfeit it is definitely a great counterfeit.
 
All of the scrapers have the semi circle missing in the eye.... Sadly. I've seen a few in person and several in the market in the past. The eye is not an error. There are older threads in this forum that address the same issue.

Wow this is really scary. Just the eye is not right and a different color. If they had got the eye right it would be almost impossible to tell the difference.
