Mickey Mouse Safety Pin?

I am looking to trade someone for this pin but I am unsure if it is authentic because of the border around the edge? Can someone help please? click here to see

I don't have this pin to compare but I do have a legit Donald and Daisy at home that I can check tonight to see if they have borders. (QC has gone down lately and so even legit pins can have borders these days.)

Many of the safety pin pins have been counterfeited.

I checked my Donald from this set and the Mickey waffle print ran off the edge (no border).
