    Greetings All,

    Although I will be at WDW about mid-day Sunday, my Park-Hopper pass does not begin until Monday morning.

    Sooooo, I figure I have a couple of options:

    -Take the Disney transportation system to the various resorts and do some pin trading via the boards I keep reading about... or/also

    -Take a bus to DownTown Disney and look about for some trading options at DisneyQuest, Mickey's Groove, World of Disney, Pin-Traders and perhaps Mickey's Mart?

    I guess, too, it'll depend on how adventurous I feel on Sunday afternoon! :p

    Thoughts? And thanks for your input!

    I don’t believe Disney transport goes between resorts. So you would need to take transport to a hub (like Disney springs) and from there to each resort. Doable, but you will be spending a ton of time on buses. So maybe start with Disney Springs and if there’s not much there and/or you’re board, then take a bus to a resort? Maybe pick something like Contemporary so you can use the monorail to hit the others on the loop. Or port orleans where you can start at French quarter and walk to riverside (or the other way around). Etc.

    Ajk is right. There is no Disney transport between Resorts.
    Just exploring Disney Springs might be the best use of your time and more FUN than riding on buses :)
    BTW -How long has it been since you visited? DisneyQuest is long gone & I haven't heard of Mickey's Groove or Mart. Have Fun :tigger:

    Disney Springs (new name of Downtown Disney) can be hit or miss for pin trading. Best stores to trade in that are all pretty close to eachother: (many Cast Members have lanyards): World of Disney, Co Op Marketplace, Disney Visa Rep across from Ghiradelli, DVC Sales booth outside Disney Co Op, Pin Traders, Star Wars Store, Once Upon a Time.

    If you specifically want to pin trade, then go to the resorts :D

    As suggested, a loop on the monorail is probably the best way to hit 3 resorts with little travel time. Or as also mentioned, from Disney Springs take the boat or bus to the Port Orleans resorts. If you can get to the Epcot area, you could also walk around the board walk and check the boards at Boardwalk, Beach Club, and Yacht Club, although they are bit spread out.

    @NCDragon
    You might want to go to Disney online to check out a Map of Disney Springs. It's been expanded with almost triple the shops & restaurants. You can get a Map at the main entrance where the buses drop you off. Lots to see & EAT there. :)

    You could also take transportation to the Epcot Resorts and walk/trade there doing a loop from Yacht Club, Beach Club, Boardwalk, Swan and Dolphin. They all have pin boards and/or pin bags at different locations.

    I will also throw in a shout out for the value resorts. Their boards are usually better. You can walk between Pop Century and Art of Animation, and you can either walk between the 3 All-Stars or hop a bus down to the next one (make sure the driver is doing the loop and not heading directly to a park).

    Thanks Hopemax! Methinks I'll need to do those resorts as well. :)

    Always ask at the gift shops and the front desk/concierge. And places like the recreation rentals sometimes do too.
