That border is typical for WDI/DSF pins. All WDI pins are "Imagineer Exclusive" some say it on the back, some don't.
 
Yea, when I saw the hats didn't run off the edge, I kinda got a bad feeling about it. Its the only Imagineer exclusive I have so I had no other to compare to.
