So you don't have a photo-host, but want to upload a picture or use a picture? I don't understand the last part.

a) top of the reply there is a photo icon that you just copy/paste the website extension and it will upload the picture as long as its there or hasn't surpassed its bandwidth usage.

b) on your user profile, there is a photo album icon on the left hand side you can upload your own pictures for use on the site.
