Looking for an artistic idea of what can be done with pins that are missing pieces?
 
I guess it depends on the pieces that are missing, but if its a post you could turn the pin into a magnet. Or maybe a bolo style lanyard?
 
It depends on the damage , but you could always post them on the trade boards here. There are several crafty people who use them for jewelry etc. plus some that give them to children who don't care about certain flaws
