Where do you buy LE pins at WDW and what time are they released?

Frontierland trading post

Frontierland Trading Post at Magic Kingdom.
Pin Central at EPCOT.
Sorcerer Hat at Hollywood Studios.

As far as Animal Kingdom, there's a shop to the left right before the Tree of Life.
Just ask around for it if you have no idea what I'm talking about. I can't remember th name of the store.

Also, there's the Pin Traders shop at Downtown Disney - Marketplace.

So Pin Traders does get the Park LEs, too?
