Where is my PM???

So I get an email telling me I have a PM. I go to read it & nothing... Does this mean the sender unsent it or am I just not getting all my PM's?

The email to PM time is off. Im getting email confirmation of PM's from 1 - 2 days ago. This has been happening for about a week.

I just thought it was normal to get the email notifications sometime after you got the PM. It's been like that ever since I first got here.

I have noticed that about half of my email notifications are late. I just though being new that was just a glitch.
