Got Ariel and checked out at 8:05 no problem in uk! One left to go!

Whats your secret Matthewlondon? How do you search? you managed to get Rapunzel easily too, I'm a little jealous but well done on getting the set.

I use my iPhone as it seems to load very quickly, make sure I have everything I need- log in, card details saved etc and just keep refreshing, that's how I got Rapunzel. With Ariel I got a link on fb. I always have a Facebook tab open in case they are links. For rapunzel I had already got her before links were posted but with Ariel I found a link.
Tbh I think it's luck more than anything and being ready, last year I missed out on loads of dolls! This year I have been lucky for a change!
Last week I just searched designer fairytale rapunzel and she came up

Well since I've missed out on 2 dolls for Christmas from my mum phillip was still available on the UK store and I felt really bad for him still being available for this long so I ordered him instead from my mum for Christmas I have no living chance to get elsa and hans next week as I know will be sold out before even gets online with how popular frozen is

Thanks for the tips, I think you might be right sometimes it's just your luck, well done its went your way this time. I can console myself that at least I got my favourite from this set easily, the Snow White and the Witch, I would have been more devastated to have missed that one.

I used 2 laptops a phone and an iPad and still missed out but I will admit last week I was looking in the wrong section for Rapunzel and Mother Gothel and yes I agree with who mentioned it before it does come down to luck and maybe fast fingers too

Did anyone else who ordered the Pan/Hook set have a disappearing Tink? I thought she was missing before I discovered her sneaking up on Hook.

No I've never seen tink disappear like that I don't know about my tink as its for Christmas but will inform my boyfriend and get him to check but I think he said she's up in the corner where she should be

I'm a little annoyed as far as it not arriving "mint", but I plan on deboxing for proper display anyway so it doesn't bother me too much. Fingers crossed yours is there!

Also, just went to the site to get my cart ready for Ariel, and the Peter set has finally sold out.

I attempted ariel today was stolen from my basket 4 times and was on multiple computers to try and get the first time website crashed and lost and the other 3 times soon as got to basket or begin check out it was gone and it was going to be a Christmas present from my mother but I lost out hope you have better luck than I do

Oh no, that's horrible! They really need to do something about the glitches... they make an already stressful process even worse. And they need to make more available to Europe. I hope you can find one for a decent price on the secondary market.

She actually stands on her rock all alone. Because the rock is heavy so it doesn’t fall . She is not too hard to put on her rock ,the rock has so curve and fit her on that special curve. tiny curve very subtle but once you know where it is , it’s all good

I'm so sorry! I hope you'll have better luck next time, just don't give up, try for Elsa and Hans, who knows? You might be lucky and get them.
Philip seems nice, I hope you will like him. I' m the same, I feel sorry for him but do not have the money to order him

Wow, love your pics her tail looks great, I'm still not sure of her bodice or the shine, how do you feel about the doll in person? I missed her and I'm trying to decide if I want to buy her for eBay prices. Do you have a favourite from the sets released so far? Love seeing your pictures of deboxed dolls as I've never been brave enough.

i love her but my two favorites are snow white and rapunzel. Ariel is nice, but too much glue on her hair to my taste. Ursula is really great. her tail is btw blue and green depends of the light . In my picture no light no sun, so deep blue. The shiny face is not so bad ^^. I don't mind .

Thanks for your thoughts on the dolls, the Snow White set is my favourite from this series but the Little Mermaid was always my favourite Disney film when I was young and Tangled is my daughter's favourite so I was sad to miss out on these sets although I have the designer couples, which I love, especially Ariel, still undecided it's already been a very expensive few weeks. I could see from your first two pictures the green and blue in the tail and it does looks amazing, the shiny face is justified because she's a mermaid and in water, aghh I just don't know what to to do, save or splurge! Ursula would be good to get, I keep talking myself into it then back out, decisions, decisions...

I replaced the dolls in the box in a way I like better. More interaction btw the characters.

How do you think Ariel and Ursula will sell on the secondary market? I'm trying to figure out if I should (attempt to) buy them now or risk waiting. I'm not sure I can spend much more money... and the frozen sets are still coming out.. Elsa and Hans, FF Anna, FF Elsa, and Kristanna.. so I need to figure out which ones I can risk waiting on and which ones I just need to try to get now.

i'm not going to even attempt with frozen release next week and when the others are released as I know they are sold out already before they even go up for sale with how fast anything frozen goes here in the UK

Looks great! I really love Urusla. I loved the heirloom Urusla but the net skirt bothered me, I wonder if Disney took feedback on the heirloom doll to create this Urusla, as all the things I didn't like on the 17 inch has been fixed on this Urusla- the skirts gone, the tentacles look longer and she has arm articulation! Love Urusla. And as for Ariel, when the 17 inch one came out everyone complained that her lips were the wrong colour and her hair was all wrong and her tail looked awful and this new Ariel has accurate hair and lips and a beautiful changing colour tail/fin! Maybe they listened!
I do wish they had positioned some of Ariels hair in front like pupce has but it's an easy fix and I will do the same.
Out of this years designer dolls, I don't know which is my favourite as I love them all. This is the first designer collection I have LOVED more than my heirloom dolls and I really hope they continue this line next year.

Thanks for posting the pics! I really do like Ariel's shiny green/blue tail. I'm not going for her...I was only going to get Snow, but then caved on Rapunzel as I really liked how they did her face. Ya gotta know when to walk away, and know when to run...(ha)

yes I know what you mean I tried for rapunzel but was on the wrong section on the website duh stupid me and i tried for ariel and was stolen from basket and cried and I know I will be walking away from the frozen releases even though it will be great if I could get but I know i'm not fast enough for them

I don't remember Europe having this much trouble with doll releases before. Have the various European sites always been this bad?
