We collect the Up chairs... they were our wedding cake topper... so I really want these... but there is no way to compete with UP collectors on these for me as well.

Dang another cake pin. My wallet cannot handle this.
 
My most local Disney Store is in a pretty quiet mall, so I had no problem getting my Donald key this morning. I also had the chance to buy the Donald cake pin, but decided against it since I don't collect Donald and the giant backer card would have made it unwieldy to stick in a trade book. Then I scooted over to another quiet Disney Baby store nearby to pick up a second key for my sister whose favorite character is Donald but who couldn't make it out to a Disney Store today.

Rumor is that the next key will be a Toy Story one, though no word on what it looks like or when it will be released.

I was about to comment about what a nice-looking pin it is, until I read your post-pic comment. Um. Yeah. This is 100% a pin of young and adult Simbas, not Simba and Mufasa. Ha ha ha--he lives in you! :p

Totally agree! You nailed how I would describe it. There is a young look to mufasa that is a bit out place.
 
^Those recent ptd pins are sticking around a bit. Hope they flip soon.

I wonder if Disney store Hollywood will ever do more open edition pins. They had a bunch of nice ones come out a while ago but nothing new that I've seen.
