ZAPPED! APRIL RAK: Laney (Aquata): Video Up!!

Okay I've managed to finally get on here! I'm so, so, so incredibly sorry for the delay! I have had bronchitis developing since about Friday and in the wee hours of Saturday night/Sunday morning it got really bad. Two UC visits later and I'm... standing! Sort of... Blegh... ready to kick this.
In any event...
I wanted to do a video and will when I'm all better but for now, a written message will have to suffice.
Please forgive me, I get a little teary eyed just saying this but... I don't think I can ever entirely accurately convey what this has meant to me. How much it has made my heart swell for so many reasons... Love for the wonderful community that is DPF, pride to know such amazing individuals and joy to feel so loved and appreciated. Even saying all that, I just feel falls so, so short of what I feel inside. I seriously want to grab EVERYONE and just... BIG GROUP HUG
Thank you from the very depths and bottom of my heart and soul for your thoughtfulness, your kindness and your friendship. I cannot, cannot believe that I had people who banded together to put my dream pin in my hands. I just... I tear up just writing this.
No matter what anyone says about our little community, no matter the drama and the disputes sometimes, I know that this is a community unlike any other that I am so proud to be apart of and that is home to some truly wonderful people with hearts of gold. I know I must be rambling but seriously, I love you all... you are ALL amazing, beautiful individuals. Thank you, thank you ... THANK YOU!!!!
And on a final note... I have pretty much concluded that my Christmas shopping starts right about now! There's so many of you that I plan to do a little something special for on Christmas. I have one mighty big Christmas list this year)

So so happy for you girl! When they told me you were the RAK for the month and that they had gotten one of your holiest of holies (if not the no.1 holiest!) I was soooo excited for ya! Couldn't believe they were able to get it in the first place, and to get it just to zap you with it, wow! You've got some awesome friends here and it's totally deserved. Enjoy all your new goodies and get better soon!! We're all sending good vibes and hugs for no more sick Laney!

You are such an awesome member of this community, and clearly how special you are shows with the lovely gifts everyone sent! (Steve, you are awesome for video-taping it all!! It felt like we got to be right there too! ^.^) This community has touched me so many times both directly and indirectly, and seeing these RAKs play out only emphasizes how awesome this site is to pin collecting.
