This is our first year going to the D23 event. Does anyone know if there will be trading either during the event or later that night at the hotel. I don't want to bring my traders if there is no reason to.:sad:
 
Most of my D23 Expo trades have been pre-trades that were started on one of the Facebook groups or here on DPF. I have also traded my extra D23 Expo mystery box pins for those that I was missing.

Will you be there Friday? Do you still have my SWW 2014 pins? I'll be there Friday, maybe we can trade.
 
me and my mom will be at the D23 EXPO this weekend we are going to bring our pins with us so come and say hi to us I just want to have a good time and a fun time I don't want the drama anymore So come over to us and say hi and trade with us we are very friendly people we've been doing pin trading since 1998 but we took a break around 2009 and now we are back so come on over and trade with us I hope we get to see you there who is going to come to the expo this weekend ?

If you look at D23 Expo app, there is a Wandering Oaken pin trading post location on the show floor. It sounds like a pin board or cast members with lanyards. There is a two pin trading limit per cast member. The location is by the Expo Dream Store, the Disney Archives, and the StagePass desk.
 
Was there a pin board? I thought I walked the entire floor many times, but apparently I missed a row because I didn't find the trading tables (by the life-size Wall-E) until Sunday and bummed I didn't bring my trading pin binder on the last day, although I was able to trade for the trading cards (got 20 of 30). I'm not sure I liked there were 3 different areas of the Emporium, but I guess I got good exercise every single day.
