Someone else could probably explain it better, but it's short for "cross utilization," which is basically WDW employees who work outside their own departments during the holiday "rush." Every year, they are given an exclusive pin as thanks for their service and willingness to pitch in. Last year's was also Frozen themed ... the snowflake spinner pin.
