They were a small release not large, 4000 is the smallest edition size for a designer doll. The fairytale couples were 6000. Also both dolls are beautiful and Tinker bell is such a iconic & popular character. Surprised Zarina sold out already but I guess many people wanted a set! And look what happened with Elsa people didn't buy her because they hadn't seen the movie and then after seeing the movie and falling in love the doll was gone. I think most of the LE dolls from now on will sell quickly as they are getting more and more popular!

Tinker Bell and Zarina Limited Edition Designer Dolls - Deboxed and Reposed

Here Tinker Bell and Zarina have been completely deboxed, then placed back on their display stands, without the covers or backing cardboard. They are temporarily next to my computer desk, in front of my Harrods Anna and Elsa Doll Set. It is curious that both sets of dolls consist of a blonde and a redhead. Photographed using built in flash.

My Tinker Bell is number 2710 of 4000, and my Zarina is 0137 of 4000.

Guys do you think if I really want Tinker bell should I buy her this week on eBay, or in March for my birthday! I'm worried that if I wait till March then her price might go up, but that said with the Frozen dolls coming out in March it might take the attention away from Tinker bell so she might not go up much. Or she might just stay at around £100 which is ok. I wonder if there's a chance she could pop back up online?

I definitely think you can wait, I dont think she will increase in price. I do recommend that if you can find an auction of Tink that would be the best way to get her at the cheapest. But I dont think she will go past the $200 mark for quite some time, there are just too many of them on the secondary market so only the auctions will sell and the BIN will just remain there stagnant until someone decides to cave and pay that little bit more for her. But because of her ease of availability I don't think she will increase in price any time soon.

That's true actually I was thinking how the March edition Frozen dolls seemed to last longer on line then Tinkerbell and I though they were even more limited? I am very glad I didn't stuff around to get on line for the Tink release I was thinking I would be fine if I don't panic but then I found myself sitting on the computer with the reset button going ever 30 secs lol

So I was looking for a Grace Kelly doll for my sister and I came across this one and I thought that this could easily be Elsa's designer doll.

Just add glitter and snow flakes to the scarf.

The March frozen dolls were 5000 each I will be like that hitting refresh in March trying to get Anna! So can understand what you mean lol

If someone has that doll and has the classic elsa doll....
and is a deboxer....

is it too obvious?

Loads of each of these in Oxford Street DS yesterday, really don't like the sheen on their skin looks very weird and hope they don't do this with this years Fairytale releases.

I agree with Polaris, i dont think she will go up much in price. You might find one a little less expensive now since there are so many on the secondary market.

Im kind of surprised at how fast/popular these were. Any Sleeping Beauty release in the Fall is going to be a blood bath. Ive noticed that Designer Aurora and Maleficent dolls have almost doubled in price on the secondary market. I think people are already anticipating the popularity of them this year. Sigh

I just ordered Tink, because I collect Tink stuff. I dont think I would buy any other fairies (except the ones from Sleeping Beauty) if they released them. Id love for them to do a Terence though.

If you're willing to pick it up then I can buy one and keep it until you can collect. Shipping it though is an issue since it's fairly big!

Thank you for offering your help , I appreciate it , but I already find someone to help me

Wow! That is beautiful! I think this doll could pass for a real world Elsa for sure! And I certainly cant wait to see what the designer Elsa will be like. Im sure they'll release one soon.

Got my "Your DisneyStore.com Order Is On Its Way!" email! Anyone else?

Yes I have officially declared our smallest guest room my "Disney room". Right now there is a canopy bed and large-ish dresser in there, and the other guest room has a daybed...so I might switch the daybed to my "Disney room" so I have more wall space for shelves and such.

Do you have only bookshelves or some type of furniture for your dolls, or do you put shelves on the walls as well? I would like some pretty bookshelves and I feel like they would be fairly easy to find for the Designer-sized dolls, but the 17" inch dolls are so tall I am having a hard time finding furniture with shelves that are large enough (height-wise) for those dolls.

I haven't gotten an email that it's shipped buy my order says it's closed saying it was shipped today with a tracking number. They're really bad at sending me shipping emails and I haven't gotten any for my past few orders, not even in my spam folder.

My Tink has apparently been dispatched but no idea when she will arrive!

My parents are already not happy that I have ordered so much recently...that is the problem being in your 20s and still living at home!!!

I would definitely go for an aurora as briar rose, a jessica rabbit, a mary poppins, and snow-elsa possibly an esmerelda...- but only as designer style dolls! I only buy the Designer ones. Where is my designer snow queen Elsa...THAT is the doll I want desperatley.
