I saw this on the Disney Parks Merchandise blog. Honestly as a new pin trader, I am a little intimidated. I would really love to go, cause I love pin trading, I just don't want to feel like the newbie who doesn't have anything good to trade lol. Can anyone who has gone to an event before give me a little insight as to what to expect? Thanks friends.

I am still a newbie and building my "good traders" collection, but I have gone the past few times and I have still found some pins to trade. Most "seasoned" pin traders will get that you are a newbie and try their very best to make fair trades with you. It's fun and you should go. You will begin to learn what trades well and what doesn't, you will meet and talk to pintraders, and it is a good way to begin to learn about pin trading.

Oooh I must try to get there... newbies have to start somewhere... i am still nervous at ptns but they are so much fun even if you make no trades. It is a great place to mingle and meet people.

No pin trading nights (pin) are free... they are hosted in the hotels in downtown Disney. .. this one will be in the pacific ballroom in the paradise pier hotel.. you just have to pay for parking if you want to park in downtown disney or the mickey and friends parking structure.

Loved the last one. Definitely gona be there. Don't know if I should wear my avengers, WIR or Beloved Tales lanyards. Which one gents?

Thank you for the good advice! Hopefully I can make it out that weekend, at least for the experience of it! I would love to learn more about this hobby I have dived into from some real trading experts ;)

Thanks for the info :) I might just go! Thanks so much :D Also, how do you bring your traders? Do you guys put them in a binder? Or bring a cork board? How does it work out?

You can get free parking up to 3 hours at DTD. If you buy some snack at AMC (theatre), they will validate your parking ticket and you can an additional 2 hours "free" (just costs the price of the snack)
