Only way to get Cheshire Cat was to buy the LE 100 framed set. I think anyway.

Confirmed. Cheshire Cat is LE100, and they are all in the 100 framed sets, selling for $300 in the parks now. Unless someone buys a framed set and breaks it up and DOESN'T want the Cheshire Cat pin, I don't see those making their way into the wild.
