2020 Pin Event Update

How many people for the in person events?

I'm at 357. If someone is unsure if they won't make it, I can sell my spot to them since I'm not super interested in going. Just would want 1 or 2 pins from it maybe. PM me since I wouldn't want it to time out.

Got busy with work, looked down, and it was 10:01...

3471 right now. Not looking great, unless they significantly raised the amount of attendees due to it being virtual.

 

The only good thing is that there multiple using multiple devices for the best spot. So i cant imagine its that many people in line

 

What used to be the #s for this event?

It seems to be moving quickly at least since it's really just registering and paying the $50.

 

I got in right away! Registered!

 

I landed at 40! Completed my registration!

760 on my phone but 2200 on the computer... I hope my phone doesn't crash!! Any idea how many tickets will be sold? How many are typically sold for the in-person events?

 

It varied from event to event but usually in the low 1000's. You can tell the approximate numbers based on the LE size of the event gift pins.

 

I'm hoping I saved some luck for the RSP...

It's usually about 1200 people, I think.

 

Registered!! RSPs are due October 13th.

 

75% of tickets still remain and it looks like they've gone through about 750.

Whoot! Thanks to an amazing DPF member who had a low number on a secondary device, I was able to get a registration! (Other member, feel free to take the credit if you want. )

 

I hope some of the folks had duplicate numbers and dropped out. Otherwise that means 3000 tickets, which means not great odds on the pins.

 

Those shipping fees- ouch! Interesting that price is the determining factor, and not weight. I guess so they have something to tell people up front?
