From what I understand it's like the park pack . You'll get the pin you order but it may vary from the image shown , they haven't said what kind of variant it will be (frame / background / colouring) though
That's how I understand it .So it would still be Mali Dragon, but with different colors? Or still be Stitch with a different color book? This would be fine... I just would prefer not to order Mali and receive Aurora (the other main image in the Mali Dragon pin).
I also emailed Pinopolis... so will see what they say.
That's how I understand it .
Personally I'm holding off further Pinopolis purchases for a while though , I still haven't received my first ones yet (Dancing Princesses) , their customer service needs some improvements

Just an observation... but doesn't Disney use the same artwork too? Recycles the artwork and make more money out of it? As an example, I bought a Maui Jumbo LE 150 at DSSH last year and learned the exact same pin (smaller) was an OE pin in Paris. It seems like a way to make more money out of the same design. It seems very odd to me.

For Hotart, I would guess it also has something to do with the Disney art approval process. Perhaps it is one less step and they are able to make more pins. I actually really like the Maleficent cut out they are doing... I didn't want the whole pin with Aurora, so the cut out is perfect for my collection. It also has a really unique look. I am actually pretty excited about it.
