I hadn't seen it either until this post. There are currently two for sale on E-Bay. One is at $20.00 and the other is a buy-it-now for $19.99. Good luck in your search!
 
Thank you very much for letting me know this. Sadly, one is local pick up only (in Australia!), and the other only ships to America! I'll have to message them and see if we can work something out.
