Mine also arrived so now I have to arrange with my former secretary for pick-up. I got moved to another office and since it said delivery would occur by next week, I had it shipped to the closer office! So, now to make arrangements!
 
Is anybody else having this issue?

I received an email from UPS giving me the tracking # and telling me it will be delivered on T Apr 9 (yesterday!), but when I call UPS they say the package hasn't been picked up from the store in CA yet! UPS told me to contact the store to see if it was picked up because they have no record of it. Ugh!
 

Unfortunately, this is very common. I am experiencing the same thing.

You should receive another notification (at some point) when the pins have actually shipped. You will be able to see the progress.

Same thing happened with me. When you get notification from UPS for an updated delivery date, that should mean that UPS has now gotten the shipment physically from DSSH. I just got an update from UPS last night, so they are still getting the shipments from DSSH even though the label was created last week.

For those worried about their shipment:

You should have received an email like this (last week)

“As we are beginning to prepare your order for shipment, you may have already recieved a tracking number directly from UPS. If so, please note that the anticipated delivery date provided by UPS will not be accurate until your package leaves our facility. All shipments will be sent on/before Friday April 19th for delivery via UPS (signature required). Once your package leaves our facility, please allow 7-10 business days for Domestic Ground shipments to deliver, and 10-15 business days for International shipments to deliver. If your tracking has not updated as of Monday April 22nd, please email...”
 
Sigh... I agreed to be an intermediary shipper for a trader from France who wanted to try for the wedding pins. The package of wedding pins that showed up today were hers. So I am still waiting.
