I'm aware there's quite a few events in the US mainly due to the scale of pin trading over there, and Paris has quite a bit due to DLR being there.
Isn't there any regional events or anything in the UK? Organised by the Disney stores or other users or something...There just seems to be hardly anything.

I'm from Yorkshire, maybe we could sort something out locally here - an event every 3 months or something

We have several through the year, but in the south. We have one in the Cardiff Disney store Sat 3rd March, but probably a bit too far for you, We have also had some in exeter and Bristol. Have any Disney Stores done anything like that up North?

Sadly, too far. I know someone in Cardiff but, the train fare is just too much for me :(
I've never really taken any notice of them to be honest, I've only just got in to UK pin trading. My nearest DS is about 7 miles away, although they stopped pin trading a while back. The nearest store to do so is about 15 miles (Sheffield).

you will find that they are not that frequent, there may be another Manchester one in June but Im not entirely sure just yet. they have one in southampton every now and then which is one Id like to get to eventually but I can never time it well enough to go.

It's just a real crap place to get to. I mean, it's a couple of hours each way on the train and everything for me. Seems like the North really sucks for pin trading. Looks like I'll either have to get something going myself :P Furthest I could probably travel is the Midlands.

you try living in ireland then lol where no one collects pins :P events made by collectors are set up 1-2 months in advance so people can make time to get it so its easier for everyone and not out of the blue. And I wouldnt say its crap imo people organise them when they can or when time permits. Manchester ones are timed around when I visit hence why not so often.

True enough, haha. You'll have to come over more often then!
