Anyone seen one of these before?

Hi

Picked this up from a flea market / antique fair. Couldn't resist it as never seen one before.

Was hoping someone on here could shed some light on it as I have searched the internet but can find nothing else like it.

It is a cast stone plaque / shield with Mickey's skull on it!! It's approx. 5 1/2 inches high. Can't add pictures to this post for some reason but have put them into an album & made it public.

Wanted to know if it is an official Disney item &, if it is, are other character available?
