Hey, all - saw a couple of Disny epoxy pins in an antique store today, and was wondering if there's cause to be cautious about them. I went ahead and bought one I liked, looked it up later on pinpics and it is #1190, Mickey playing a trumpet with "New Orleans Square" on it. Advice for a newbie, please?

I don't know much about them, but I like those old pins. They have a kind of charm to them!

Then by all means, look at my wants on pinpics! I have a lot of pins from that time up for trade! My wants list is rather short, bit ill trade quite a few for certain single wants.

I don't know if this type of pin has been counterfeited but I think it's possible. However, if I were a counterfeiter, I would probably focus on pins that were more in demand so I could generate more $$$$$
