I just noticed there's a complete set of these mystery pins for sale on ebay, but they are not supposed to be released until end of the month at DLR and end of may at WDW.

Remember, the hard release dates are only for Limited Edition and Limited Release. For open stock items, the date given is the date that they will be in stock at each location that will carry them. Yes, the first locations at Disneyland starting releasing them today.
 
OE mystery packs are generally out anywhere up to a month in advance of their release. I was always able to get the new 5 pin mystery packs 3-4 weeks early at WDW.
 
There were only a couple packs left that I saw and they were in dca at the mermaid store.
