They are being released July 20th in Hong Kong only. However, it can be shipped to other locations, just not the United States, Canada, or Mexico, as I recall (so no North America).
I have seen someone sell them for $150 shipped, which covers cost + shipping to that individual + shipping to the buyer + PayPal fees.
They are only sold as a set, so Ariel/Ursula and Belle/Beast. You can't buy the princesses without buying the second pin.

I have the Hot Topic Character Keys, and absolutely love the art. I've been trying to get my hands on the Elsa Character Key pin, but to no luck. However, I'm happy to see that they're continuing making these pins. If they're anything like the prints I have, they will be absolutely gorgeous.
