My parents are headed to the DLR this weekend and I was just curious if you can still buy Jan, Feb, and Mar or if the previous months already sold out.
 
Jan-Feb are sold out, but they may find the Alice in Wonderland pin still. They can always check the places some skip like Off the Page at both DL and California Adventure. DTD sometimes has things longer than usual. Also, don't be afraid to ask if you can buy the one in the case if that is all they have left.
