Bad news for DS Europe Ariel Pin released today

So I logged in at 9.02am and added 2 to the basket, an error message came up :

We're sorry, but we currently only have 0.0 of this item available. Please reduce the number of items you wish to purchase or remove this item entirely from your purchase. Thank you.


So I reduced it to 1 and it let me order BUT last time I ordered, Disney halved my order and gave me a half price code off my next order and that didnt come off either :S feel a bit ripped off.

It is a good thing that they have limited the pins to 1 per person but not so good as I was supposed to be getting one for 2 members on here and one for my Ariel collection. If anyone has an additional pin to trade, please let me know.

How did everyone else's orders go?
 
I got the same message, but then the size froze when I went to checkout. I quickly opened a second window though and on that one it let me place the order for two just fine.

That's lucky! I think I will just try and trade for one for my collection and offer the one I purchased (aslong as they dont decline it) to my friend. It's so annoying.
 
I got the message, so I came out of it. But then I tried again and I got an order of 2 - I guess we'll have to wait to see if it was a glitch or if our orders are halved :/
 
I got 2 in my order! I got the same message but just clicked 'continue to payment' (or something similar) and it continued with 2 in my basket!
 
Maybe try cancelling your order and placing another one now you know how to get around the glitch? although I guess it might be a bit risky just incase they sell out in that time(?)

Could it have been because of the time being so early? I got two at 10.30 and theya re still there got to say putting the whole thing on line means it seems theya re hanging around a lot longer. Edition size also helps hate the next one not going for it and I do wish they woulde go back to two per release. We are paying an awful lot for posyage.

Got the same message, I ordered 1 pin and then tried again and was able to order another pin. I had to ring customer services twice before they could deal with my request to sort this mess out. They cancelled one order and adjusted the other order to show two pins. I had to do a bit of persuading though, telling them they had an issue on their site only allowing the purchase of one pin, and why should I have to pay delivery twice because of problems on their site! Yet again problems!!
 
I found i was able to order 2 sets of 1 separately to get around the problem with order 2 by reducing the basket quantity to 1 and then getting another and reducing that to one as well but have no idea why it worked unless i get a follow up email...
