The wife and I are heading down to Disney world the day after thanksgiving. Where are some of the best places to trade?

I love Epcot, right at the back of the Ball, there is a Pin stand. A lot of people there and the Pin stand usually has 2 people working, as well as a Nice one or 2 , pin boards.

We will there 2 weeks before.
 
Most of the hotels have pin boards. Just ask at the gift shops to see them. Even some non-Disney hotels have them such as the hotels at Downtown Disney.
