Yeah, I wish I could be of more help! I feel like I saw it somewhere, but have no clue where! I'm not sure either, as I can't look in the parks because of my location :(
 
believe me ive been looking....only disney junior pin that i dont think ive found....oh come on?! Sofia is getting atleast two this year! They need a Doc set for real!

Yes it is a real pin, I believe when I looked, the backstamp had a date of 2013. It is an OE. This spring sometime, DCA's Disney Junior live show will be adding Princess Sofia and Doc McStuffins to the program. I think this pin is part of the prep for that change. Disney appears to be bringing more pins out that are related to Disney Junior and to the old Disney Afternoon programs.

Make sure, whoever add's it, to spell the name correctly? McStuffins. No G, no ' ....
