I have no idea of how old these pins are but the first I in imagineering makes me think of Monster inc.
 
The first E in Imagineering is from Epcot and the A is for the Animation building in DCA.

The D for Disney is the same font for the old Disneyland park marquee when they used to have it great you when you pulled into the old parking lot.

I want to say the N in imagineering has something to do with pirates as the lettering reminds me of it. In any case, it's a beautiful pin set!! =)

I think story is right about the N and the Pirates though. The blue E in Disney strikes me as Little Mermaid related. The Purple Y is driving me crazy. I know I have seen it and can't place it.

I think the pink and white I in Imagineering is for It's a Small World. The purple Y, maybe from Fantasyland or Fantasy Faire? Maybe the I in Disney is from Frontierland.
 
I think the purple Y in Disney is for Sleeping Beauty…. but the E for The Little Mermaid is definitely correct. I'm not sure if the N is from Pirates, Peter Pan/Return to Neverland, or Narnia. But everyone thinks Pirates.

The last N is irritating me because I recognise it!!! The G is also annoying me, it reminds me of beauty and the beast

Is the last G maybe animal kingdom lodge? Or just AK in general? Haha
