Saw this on the bay, was unsuccessful in my attempt to find it on Pinpics. Now I'm just really curious! It sure doesn't look like normal pin fare...
 
Wow, that actually looks really neat...like Art Deco. If it's a scrapper it's kind of interesting to think someone actually saved it when it was that badly botched. You could almost think of it as a rare error pin.
