Last time I saw it it was set to come out on the the 29th. but I was told it got moved to sometime in December?

Can anyone tell me why or the new date? Thanks (much obliged)
 
I have seen people post pictures of a new set on instagram... saying it was released early.. (they had it in hand)
It looked like a car made out of snow, or covered in snow with a post card backing...
